Responsibilities

• Receives daily production schedule and materials from planning/logistics
• Coordinates inputs and resources to meet on-time production within budget
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in production
• Manages controllable operating expenditures (scrap, consumables) and guides process improvements
• Ensures timely return-to-work interviews and disciplinary hearings
• Communicates with internal and external customers and mentors staff to high production levels
