Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules when there are delays, shortages, or urgent orders.
• Ensure materials, manpower, and machines are available according to the production plan.
• Track work-in-progress and finished goods to meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production planning records, schedules, and related reports.
• Identify production bottlenecks and work with relevant departments to improve efficiency.
• Support inventory control and help maintain appropriate stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
