Job description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production & Planning Clerk to support daily production operations, maintain accurate records, and assist in coordinating workflow between the production floor and planning functions.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Workflow Support

Assist in arranging duty schedules for workers

Monitor and control the usage of tools and equipment

Support supervision of raw material mixing processes

Assist in coordinating mould assembly and mould changeover activities

Support training efforts for workers on proper work techniques

Production Control & Documentation

Maintain and prepare records for work-in-progress

Assist with testing and tracking of work progress

Generate accurate production records

Prepare stock-in reports for finished product usage

Process requests for raw materials

Requirements

Diploma or SPM in a related field

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a related industry is an advantage

Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in documentation and basic computer skills (MS Office/reporting systems)

Result-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
