Job summary

Base Maintenance Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and maintain SAP task lists and plans for aviation task cards. You will research BOM/BOT requirements and ensure accurate MIS closures with DFP review, while analyzing engine shop data and validating preload dates in maintenance plans.

The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office and SAP, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with clear communication in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate SAP task lists and maintenance plans for various task cards.
• Perform BOM and BOT research relevant to maintenance requirements.
• Review DFPs for SI and MAF to ensure proper MIS closure.
• Analyse engine shop reports and update task completion statuses in SAP/MIS.
• Validate preload entries and ensure correct dates in plans.
• Support other planning-related duties as required by the department.

Job description

• Develop and maintain accurate task lists and maintenance plans in SAP for various task cards including:


• Special Inspections (SI)


• Modification Action Forms (MAF)


• Supplementary Jobs – Carry Forward Items (SJ-CFI)


• Borescope Inspections (BSI)


• Maintenance Job Cards (MJC)


• Maintenance Process Sheets (MPS)

• Perform in-depth research for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Tooling (BOT) requirements.


• Review completed DFPs for SI and MAF to ensure accurate closure in the Maintenance Information System (MIS).


• Analyse engine shop reports and update task completion statuses in SAP.


• Validate preload entries and ensure due dates in maintenance plans are correctly populated.


• Support other planning-related duties as required by the department.

Qualifications & Experience
