Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Material Planner to ensure availability of parts and spares to meet production demand and customer expectations. You will coordinate with suppliers, OEMs, and internal teams to optimize inventory, manage lead times, and support value stream goals.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in a related field, 3–5 years in material planning (aerospace preferred), and strong MRP/ERP skills with SAP and Excel proficiency. Aviation regulatory familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• MRP, inventory control and procurement knowledge required.
• Diploma or Degree in related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills essential.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and Excel experienc​e expected.
• Familiarity with aviation authority requirements and traceability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure spares and rework parts to meet production commitments and TAT.
• Coordinate with suppliers, OEMs and internal teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor open orders, expediting and adjusting as needed to maintain optimum stock.
• Provide reports on material planning, supplier performance and inventory health.
