Job summary

United YL Printer Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a production supervisor to issue job sheets, plan timelines, and coordinate teams to meet schedules.

You will ensure smooth production, update systems, and maintain daily output records; you will manage ISO 9001:2015 documentation monthly. Candidates with Diploma or Degree, strong attention to detail, and Mandarin proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, able to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Candidates with Production or Manufacturing experience are highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer applications.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Issue jobsheet documents based on order requirements.
• Plan the timeline schedule for each order and update the system accordingly.
• Coordinate and supervise teams to ensure they meet the schedule/timeline.
• Ensure production runs smoothly according to the plan and notify the superior of any delays.
• Tabulate daily output data and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure production activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and manage and compile ISO documents on a monthly basis.
