Job summary

AIC Semiconductor Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Planning professional to coordinate demand requests, production loading, and shipping plans with internal and external customers. You will develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with forecast demand, capacity, and inventory targets.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in business administration or any discipline.
Knowledge of production planning and materials planning functions.
Experience with MNC customers and semiconductor industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate demand requests, production loading, and shipping plans with internal and external customers.
Develop and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Ensure loading creation and material readiness for production run.
Monitor wafers, WIP, and materials availability to meet demand targets.
Track daily output, cycle time, and yield; ensure data capture in planning systems.
Drive scheduling accuracy, planning efficiency, and master data reliability.
