Job summary

SANMINA-SCI SYSTEMS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, based in Penang, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to plan and drive manufacturing operations in line with customer requirements and EMS industry standards.

The role requires 5–8 years in production planning, strong analytical and planning skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science / Commerce or related field.
• 5–8 years of production planning experience in EMS.
• Strong planning sensitivity with good analytical ability.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive to achieve sales revenue and company goals.
• Review MDS loading vs capacity planning and loading.
• Prepare commit plan to program based on customer requirements.
• Drive and monitor daily output and shipment.
• Monitor WO aging and WO variances.
• Review monthly line capacity.

Job Requirements

• 5. Strong oral / Written and interpersonal / communication skills is required
