Job summary

SANMINA-SCI SYSTEMS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Program Administrator to manage order, demand, and schedule processes, ensuring commitments meet customer requirements. You will analyze demand and order data to support delivery planning and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities include weekly metric reviews, maintaining on-time delivery, and acting as the main liaison between customers and internal teams. A degree in business or engineering and 2+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as Program Administrator or Customer Service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders, demand and schedule to meet customer requirements.
• Review weekly metrics and deliverables.
• Communicate with customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

Job description

Order, demand & schedule management - analyze demand and order commitment to meet Customer's requirements.

Regular weekly review of metrics and deliverables. (Expected Outcome: Meet Key Business Indicators-Revenue Commit, Load versus Commit Gap, OTD, E&O, AR, ECO and RMA)

Communicate with Customer on deliveries to ensure On Time Delivery.

Point of contact between customer and internal team, to ensure all deliverables are met.

Any other duties assigned by Program Manager.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Program Administrator or Customer Service.

Experienced user of MS office programs: MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Presentation.

Ability to work under pressure and criticism.

Self-motivated nature and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Must be a team player, highly motivated and committed with strong interpersonal.
