Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum or related engineering field.
• 3–5 years of upstream oil & gas experience.
• Experience in well and reservoir performance surveillance and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous surveillance and integrated assessment of well and reservoir performance using production data and pressure monitoring.
• Perform nodal analysis and production optimization to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify and mature production enhancement opportunities including stimulation and debottlenecking.
• Plan idle/well restoration and support intervention execution.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to ensure timely production optimization and project delivery.
• Support future development and growth initiatives with performance forecasting and technical assurance.
