Ad Terra Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Production Technologist to optimise production performance for client assets and for Ad Terra's portfolio. You will work with reservoir, wells and process teams to deliver integrated production solutions.

The role requires 8–12 years' relevant experience, proficiency in modelling tools, and strong English and analytical skills. You will lead multi-disciplinary projects and mentor junior engineers across time zones.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering is required.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including operating company exposure.
• Operational exposure across drilling, completion, well interventions and surface facilities.
• Proficiency with production modelling tools (PIPESIM, Petex IPM).
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across time zones.
• Exposure to geothermal, CCUS or lithium projects is a plus.
• Python and VBA skills are a plus.

Senior Production Technologist

Position summary

We are looking for a motivated Senior Production Technologist to join our engineering team in Kuala Lumpur. You will optimise the production performance of our clients' existing and new assets and contribute to Ad Terra's own portfolio, working closely with the reservoir, wells and production/process teams.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Attributes
