Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of production and injection systems and collaborate to develop optimized plans while ensuring data validity.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, manage non-routine ops, implement optimizations, and plan data collection (well tests, sampling).
• Create and use models of production systems to quantify potential and identify opportunities (physics or data driven).
• Apply economic analysis to rank optimization opportunities using common value metrics.
• Apply continuous improvement and LEAN to identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
• Identify and deliver technology solutions aligned with business needs.
• Build external relationships with partners, COVs, vendors and third parties.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews of production and injection performance.
