Qualifications

• Experience in surveillance of production and injection systems with data validation.
• Ability to create and use models of production/injection systems to quantify potential.
• Understanding of continuous improvement and LEAN mindset to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of production and injection systems with measured rates, pressures and temperatures, and develop optimized plans.
• Support operations in troubleshooting performance deficiencies and planning data collection.
• Create or utilize models to quantify system potential and identify opportunities.
• Apply economic analysis to evaluate optimization opportunities and prioritize by value.
• Identify and deliver technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Build external relationships with partners and vendors as required.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews of production and injection performance.
