Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and production equipment
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance and machinery troubleshooting
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved
• Monitor production schedules and ensure products are manufactured according to quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate production resources to maximize productivity and operational efficiency
• Ensure production equipment and machinery operate efficiently through preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability
• Develop and implement improved manufacturing processes, production methods, tools, and systems
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste
• Coordinate with Design and Engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from product design to fabrication and production
• Monitor material usage, production costs, and production timelines to ensure cost‑effective operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
