Job summary

The successful candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in manufacturing, with knowledge of PDCA and FMEA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production engineering processes to ensure high quality output.
• Analyze major production floor issues and implement improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks by measuring cycle times and assess influencing factors.
