Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage daily production and plant operations.
• Monitor production output, productivity, yield, wastage and downtime to meet targets.
• Coordinate manpower allocation and supervise production personnel.
• Collaborate with relevant departments for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate with Maintenance on breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with workers to resolve daily issues.
