Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with quality teams to resolve product quality issues.
• Achieve cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Prepare engineering reports and present findings to management.
