Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking fresh graduates for production roles in Penang. No prior experience is required, but experience in production, manufacturing, or machine operation is advantageous. You will follow production instructions, meet daily targets, and maintain work quality.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of 5S, workplace safety, quality control, and production procedures. You must be responsible, hardworking, physically fit, and able to work well in a team under the Team Leader's

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum SPM, SKM Level 1/2/3, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to follow production instructions, meet daily targets, and maintain work quality.
• Basic understanding of 5S, workplace safety, quality control, and production procedures.
• Responsible, hardworking, physically fit, and able to work well in a team and follow instructions from the Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Performing other skilled or semi-skilled production tasks.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Perform general housekeeping and 5S duties to provide a safe working environment at all times.
• Inspecting own work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Fully follow the instruction by team leader for output.
• Understand the requirements for a QMS, including documented informations, planning and determining process interactions.
