Job summary

Linktel Technologies in Malaysia is seeking personnel to operate production activities in a cleanroom environment, following SOPs and PPE requirements. The role involves long hours on site, rotating 12-hour shifts, and overtime during peak periods.

Applicants should have secondary education or above, basic English reading, and ideally experience in electronics or related manufacturing. Computer literacy is a plus, and long-term commitment is expected.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above required.
• Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Able to work in clean room environment and wear jumpsuit.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Willing to work overtime during weekends, public holidays and festivals.
• Good eyesight and health, no disabilities or illnesses.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Experience in electronics/optical communication/semiconductor production is advantageous.
• Basic English reading required; Chinese knowledge beneficial.
• Able to stand or sit for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate and handle production activities following SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow ESD/cleanroom rules; ensure safety at all times.
• Work in cleanroom environment with PPE.
• Support team to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow instructions from supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

• Operate and handle production activities with follow the work instructions (SOP).
• Maintain cleanliness, follow ESD/cleanroom rules, and ensure safety at all times.
• Work in cleanroom environment in compliance with PPE required.
• Support team to achieve daily production targets.
• Follow instruction from superior and perform any other duties or tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Preferable Education level : secondary school or above
• Preferable with experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Willing to work in clean room environment and wearing jumpsuit.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Willing to commit working overtime when required. (Especially during Weekend, Public holiday and festival season)
• Good eyesight, health condition with no physical disabilities, critical illness, disease.
• Familiar in using electronic device. Prefer with computer literacy.
• Experience in electronics / optical communication / semiconductor production is an added advantage.
• Required languages : basic English reading, knowledge in Chinese will be an advantage.
• Require physically long hour standing and/or sitting operation.
