Job summary
IOI Palm Wood Sdn Bhd in Segamat, Malaysia, is seeking a production operator to operate machines and help meet daily output and quality targets.
You will follow SOPs, assist supervisors to improve productivity, monitor material and utility usage, and maintain housekeeping on equipment. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing production environment preferred.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced shift-based setting.
- Able to read SOPs and follow safety instructions.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machines to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Follow SOPs to ensure consistent process performance.
- Assist supervisor to improve productivity, reduce rejects and downtime.
- Monitor usage of utilities and prevent waste of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on assigned machines and facilities.
- Follow the planned work schedule and pack finished products per standard.
Job description
Operate machine running in optimize condition and follow to standard operation procedure (SOP).
Follow SOP and improve overall quality and output of production, QC and packing to ensuring customer requirements are met.
Operate production machine efficiently to meet daily target for output and quality.
Assist Supervisor to improving of productivity and efficiency, reducing rejects, waste and downtime.
Controlling wastage of raw material and all resources such as electricity, compress air, thermal oil and water.
Daily maintenance and housekeeping on assigned machine and facilities.
Follow working schedule plan as assigned by supervisor.
Packing for finished product according to the packing standards
