Job summary

TALBROS PRECISION MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor production machines, following work instructions and schedules. You will ensure quality during production and keep the workstation clean while documenting records accurately.

The role requires adherence to safety rules, ability to work overtime when needed, and the willingness to stand for long periods as part of a team focused on meeting targets and production quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to perform repetitive work and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform production activities according to the assigned production schedule and targets.
• Inspect products during the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Report any machine malfunction, product defects or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation and production area.
• Follow all company rules, safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Complete production records, checklists and other relevant documents accurately.
• Assist the production team with other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
