Aicello Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Operator for a 1-year contract position in Kedah, Malaysia. The role includes auto-overtime of 3 hours every day and a pathway to a full-time role based on performance.

Key duties include producing products, operating standard machinery, and ensuring quality and compliance with safety and housekeeping rules. Shift work is required, with opportunities for career progression.

This is a 1-year contract position under the company.

Based on performance, the employee may be considered to a full-time role upon of the contract.

Including auto-OT for 3 hours every day.

Key Responsibilities

The process operator is responsible for producing products, handling products, equipment and materials per the production procedure.

To operate common machine after they are set up by more skilled person.

To produce production outputs to required tolerances of specification.

To be more motivated as a team for best contributions and performance.

To maintain and produce continuously quality products as per specification requirement.

Ensure the non-conformity product is not being send out to customers.

Ensure compliance to all company policies, safety regulation and housekeeping requirement.
