Job summary

SWS Inntech Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Operator to perform sub-assembly tasks following Work Instructions (WI). You will adhere to the assembly process and quality standards, using basic hand tools and ensuring parts are defect-free. Maintain a clean, efficient work area and report issues to the Supervisor.

Other production tasks may be assigned. Candidates should have at least a SPM or equivalent, the ability to read WI, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Able to read and follow Work Instructions.
• Able to use basic hand tools.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous production/assembly experience is an advantage.
