Job summary

PS SEIKO SDN BHD is seeking a Production Operator to operate production machines in line with SOPs and work instructions. You will perform basic checks, maintain cleanliness, and record output and machine conditions accurately.

You will follow the daily production schedule to hit targets while upholding product quality, support the line for smooth operations, and perform 5S activities to keep the workplace safe and organized. Willingness to learn and night shift availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• 18 years old or above.
• Willingness to work night shifts is preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and well maintained.
• Record production output and machine conditions accurately.
• Follow the production schedule to meet daily targets while ensuring quality.
• Support the production line to maintain smooth, uninterrupted operations.
• Carry out daily 5S activities to keep the workplace organized and safe.
• Take on additional production-related duties as assigned by the Leader or Supervisor.

Job description

1) Operate production machines in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements.

2) Perform basic checks and maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of machines and work areas.

3) Accurately record production output, machine conditions, and other relevant production information.

4) Follow the production schedule and achieve assigned daily production targets while maintaining product quality standards.

5) Support the production line to ensure smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.

6) Carry out daily 5S activities to ensure the workplace is clean, organized, safe, and well-maintained.

7) Perform other production-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Leader or Supervisor.

Requirement:

Candidates must possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.

Candidates must be 18 years old or above.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

Willingness to work night shifts is preferred.
