Job summary

LEM MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a production operator to work across trained processes on rotating day, night, and weekend shifts.

You will diligently follow work instructions and technical documentation to ensure the highest quality standards in a high-volume electronics environment. • SPM/SPMV/Certificate with growth mindset.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations across trained processes and shifts (including night and weekends).
• Follow work instructions and technical documentation to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct inbound material inspection and first article checks as required.
• Adhere to Quality, Health, Safety and Security rules at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through discipline and ethics.
• Inform supervisor of any abnormal deviations in process, machines or components.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness and orderliness continuously.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

Perform all productions operations he/she has been trained in different shifts and schedule (including night and possible week-end shifts)

Diligently follow what he/she has been trained and understands and follows the work instructions and technical documentations for the best Quality Standard

Material incoming inspection/buyoff

Follow strictly the established rules concerning Quality, Health, Safety and Security

Contribute to the regular efficiency improvement by his/her discipline and professional ethics.

Inform immediately her/his manager in case of abnormal deviation of the process, the machines or the components.

Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times

Be active in the continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements;

Minimum SPM/SPMV/certificate from a recognized institute with a good growth mindset

Successful 1 to 5 years' experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experience in the electronics or a related industry is an added advantage.

Competences in manual soldering is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of English(read and write)

High professional mindset and disciplined, reliable and trustable.

A technical school background or on the job training is an added advantage.

Able to work on 12 hours rotating day/weekend and night shift

Must have own transport
