Job summary

Stone Devices SDN. BHD. is hiring for an Operator & Executive (QC, Polishing, NFCKEY Production) in Johor. You will operate equipment, handle materials and tooling, and perform in-process quality checks to ensure consistent output.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and at least 2 years of related experience. You will multitask, stay disciplined, and contribute to 6S on the production floor while supporting supervisors and training new staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and be punctual.
• Team player with disciplined, reliable work attitude.
• 5 days a week, 9:00–18:00, on-site in Johor.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and handle material and tooling.

• Load and unload production materials.

Job description

Operator & Executive (QC, Polishing, NFCKEY Production)

Operate equipment and handle material and tooling

Perform necessary in-process quality checks to ensure output is consistent from start to finish.

Study and understand work instructions and specifications to determine correct method of setup and process control for material conversion.

Assist leader in coordinating day to day manufacturing operations within the individual process and department.

Carry-out production materials and restore back after usage according to the rack list.

Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency

Participating in training sessions to develop skills and stay updated with new procedures or equipment

Handle repetitive assembly tasks

Responsible for production and quality output

Training new hired workers (Buddy system)

Responsible in Loading & Unloading of equipment & material

Process information from the production orders

Communicate with co-workers about job specifications and requirements

Daily 6S for entire production floor – Ensuring the work environment is kept clean & organized which inclusive daily maintenance and housekeeping on assigned machine and facilities and factory area.

Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by manager or supervisor when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Machine Operator in Manufacturing preferred.

Ability to multitask and handle tasks under pressure.

Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Must have the ability to apply information and variables learned from one task or project to other similar situations.

Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work as part of a team
