Qualifications

• At least a diploma or degree in a related field.
• 3 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in English, Malay and Chinese.
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department.
• Coordinate daily production issues and order fulfilment with other departments.
• Ensure smooth production with targeted quality and output.
• Prepare and update production-related reports.
• Manage manpower planning, disciplinary actions, and performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, capacity and productivity.
• Implement and maintain ISO Procedures.
• Enforce company policies and regulations.
