Job summary

TCE CASTING SDN BHD, located in Kedah, seeks a production supervisor to plan and coordinate day‑to‑day factory operations. The role focuses on meeting production requirements through effective planning of manpower, machines, and materials.

You will identify delays and bottlenecks, enforce 5S, hygiene, and safety standards, and report performance while driving continuous improvement and TPM of production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run opttmum day-to-day operattons to exceed customers'
• Manage and allocate manpower, machines and productton resources according to productton requirements
• Identtfy productton delays, bottlenecks and capacity constraints and take appropriate correcttve acttons
• Ensure shopffoor are of good 5S, require hygiene practtces, health and safety regulattons are met, and comply with company's policy
• Report productton performance, risks, major issues, and take improvement acttons in a ttmely manner
• Organizing and instructtng maintenance team to carry out the scheduled Total Preventtve Management (TPM) of productton equipment
• Analyse productton data and drive further improvement (i.e. producttvity improvement, waste reductton, etc.)
• Work with managers effecttvely to execute the policies and goals of organizatton
