Job summary

Pensonic Sales & Service Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a production leader to plan, organize and manage the entire production operations to meet company objectives. You will develop production schedules, ensure timely completion of orders, and supervise production supervisors, operators and support staff while monitoring performance to hit KPI targets.

You will coordinate with maintenance, quality and warehouse teams to keep workflows smooth, identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage the entire production operations to achieve company objectives.
• Develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of all manufacturing orders.
• Lead and supervise production supervisor, operators and support staffs.
• Monitor production performance, output and quality to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality and warehouse teams to ensure smooths workflow.
• Optimize production resources such as manpower, machines and materials for efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement or cost saving activities.
• Review and analyze daily production reports and take corrective actions when needed
• Ensure production records, reports and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Oversea staff training, development and performance evaluations.
