Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to develop and implement the TPM plan, lead equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and drive 6S practices to maintain a safe and organized factory floor.

The role collaborates with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to reduce downtime, analyze equipment performance, and train operators in autonomous maintenance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment maintenance.
• At least 1 year of experience in TPM implementation or a supervisory position.
• Knowledge of TPM tools such as OEE, PDCA, and Fishbone Analysis is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to analyze data and drive improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual TPM plan to support manufacturing goals.
• Lead equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and improvement activities to reduce breakdowns and production downtime.
• Promote and sustain 6S practices to ensure a safe and well-organized workplace.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to address equipment issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Train and support operators in equipment care and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor TPM progress and prepare regular reports for management.
