Job summary

KOSSAN is seeking a Production Manager for glove manufacturing to lead daily operations and ensure alignment with the production plan. You will coordinate with Compounding, QA, and cross-functional teams to maintain quality, implement improvements, and drive efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing know-how, and knowledge of ISO standards. Experience in cleanroom environments and social compliance will be advantageous in delivering reliable, high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, manufacturing management or chemical engineering.
• Strong leadership and technical skills.
• Ability to oversee production processes efficiently.
• Possesses knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
• Knowledge in social compliance.
• Candidates with glove manufacturing experience, especially cleanroom specific, will be added advantages.

Responsibilities

• To plan daily chemical consumption and provide order instruction to Compounding for necessary arrangement.
• Communicates to the team and relevant parties to ensure thorough preparation according to Production Line Planning Schedule.
• Set up and apply any recovery or improvement plan, when necessary, through necessary arrangement and ensure all action plans are executed accordingly.
• Ensure Production team maintain all basics or fundamental requirements in obtaining good quality products and liaise with QA on the rejection (CAR).
• Ensure the new requirements and procedures are all implemented and ensure full compliances to the SOP and W.I.
• Manufacturing enhancement and reduction projects (manpower, utilities & energy, process & chemical consumption).
