Job summary

Ideal Quality Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse staff to manage the movement of formers between the warehouse and production plants in Malaysia. The role includes supplying materials to production, receiving goods, and handling forklift and reach truck tasks.

You will maintain warehouse cleanliness, organize pallets, and keep accurate records while complying with safety procedures and company policies. Experience in warehousing is preferred, with knowledge of Excel and Word assets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of working experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to operate forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Possess a valid GDL / Class D driving licence (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Transfer formers between the Former Warehouse and three production plants.
• Supply formers, formers bags, carton boxes, and other materials to production.
• Receive and unload formers from suppliers.
• Load/unload formers for offline sandblasting activities.
• Coordinate disposal of damaged or obsolete formers.
• Arrange and organize former pallets in the Former Warehouse.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper organization of the Former Warehouse.
• Assist in maintaining former-related documentation and records.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out safely per procedures.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely supply of formers and materials.

Job description

Transfer formers between the Former Warehouse and all three production plants.

Supply former bins, former plastic bags, carton boxes, and other required materials to the production department.

Receive and unload formers from suppliers.

Load and unload formers for offline sandblasting activities.

Coordinate and handle the disposal of damaged or obsolete formers.

Arrange and organize former pallets properly within the Former Warehouse.

Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and proper organization of the Former Warehouse.

Assist in maintaining and updating former-related documentation and records.

Ensure warehouse activities are carried out safely and according to company procedures.

Coordinate with production and relevant departments to ensure the smooth and timely supply of formers and materials.

Job Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Able to operate forklift and reach truck safely and efficiently.

Possess a valid GDL / Class D driving licence will be an added advantage.

Preferably with experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, or logistics.
