Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or truck/vehicle assembly operations.
• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, heavy vehicle, or truck assembly is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management systems, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery targets.
• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth workflow and output efficiency.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with QA/QC teams to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff and supervisors to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development support.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork within the production department.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Promote safe work practices and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
