Job summary

You will lead production teams, develop plans and budgets, ensure safety and compliance with IATF/ISO, and collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics to optimize workflows. This role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a proven track record in lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in IATF and ISO standards.
• Degree in Electronics & Mechatronics or equivalent.

Responsibilities
