Shamrock Precision Malaysia is seeking an experienced production supervisor/manager to drive output and maintain quality in a precision manufacturing environment. You will coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production targets, lead productivity initiatives, and collaborate with QA/QC and Engineering to resolve issues.
The role requires a diploma/degree in manufacturing or engineering with at least five years in manufacturing, preferably in precision CNC sectors.

Ensure production output meets the planned daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and targets.
Execute productivity improvement plans and overall machine efficiency programs.
Liaise with QA/QC & Engineering to resolve quality/engineering-related issues.
To set departmental KPIs in accordance with the company’s objectives.
Lead continuous improvement and generate an action plan to achieve KPI.
Prepare production reports & analyse department performance periodically.
In charge of machine maintenance to ensure preventive maintenance is done accurately and reduce machine breakdown.
In charge of all production tools, tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment.
Develop, recommend, and implement manufacturing procedures that result in continuous improvement in cost, quality, and delivery.
Ensure the company's production & HSE procedures are followed.
Ensure that the production area is safe and clean at all times.
Ensure that all records are properly maintained, updated, and remain traceable.
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures.
Ensure risk is evaluated and control actions are implemented effectively.
Responsible for process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Any other task as assigned by the superior.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree In Manufacturing/Engineering or its equivalent.
Minimum of of 5 years of related working experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in precision engineering, precision machining, CNC machining, contract manufacturing, or other high-precision manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to interact with people at all levels.
