Job summary

Polyparts Sdn Bhd, an ISO certified plastics parts manufacturer, is seeking a Production Manager to lead our high-performance injection moulding operation in Ipoh, Malaysia. You will drive daily production, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and champion continuous improvement across the manufacturing footprint.

You will manage and mentor teams, optimise processes, monitor schedules, and collaborate across engineering, maintenance and quality to meet customer requirements and deliver on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Ready to lead, innovate, and make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all production activities within the injection moulding facility.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Implement and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and customer standards.

The Opportunity

As our Production Manager, you will oversee daily production process, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
