Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve the daily production plan at our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan facility. You will oversee manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to established procedures.

The role requires coordinating with the Production Manager on daily issues, working a 3-rotation shift schedule, and handling additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or HOD.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production operators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead and motivate a group of production operators to meet the production plan.
• Oversee productivity and manpower arrangement to ensure optimal utilization.
• Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with Production Manager/HOD on daily production and process/quality issues.
• Work on a 3-rotation shift schedule based on the production plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior/HOD.
