Qualifications

• Experience leading production operators in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and defect prevention.
• Ability to monitor and improve output, rejection rates, downtime and efficiency.
• Good understanding of safety practices, 5S and SOPs.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and motivate production operators to hit daily targets.
• Manage multiple production lines and machines across shifts.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Lead from the shop floor and respond quickly to production challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and SOPs.
