Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Production Supervisor to plan, organize and monitor all plant production activities, ensuring schedules, yield, inventory, safety and quality targets are met. You will analyze performance and drive corrective actions to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.

You will also manage manpower and assets, coordinate with QA, and lead a team to maintain SOP compliance and smooth SMT/DIP production flow.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct and monitor all production activities to meet schedules, yield, inventory and quality standards.
Analyze production performance and maintenance records to initiate corrective actions and minimize downtime.
Plan and manage manpower and assets to meet departmental goals and objectives.
Create, maintain and distribute the production master schedule to forecast work and maximize productivity.
Collaborate with QA and other departments to resolve bottlenecks and manage material flow.
Supervise and motivate a team of workers and review performance to identify training needs.
Ensure SOP adherence and monitor SMT/DIP production processes.
