Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations across multiple value streams in our Penang site. You will manage teams, drive process improvements, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will develop monthly and annual production plans, align goals with company strategy, and coach a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-functional manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across production, materials, quality, and safety.
• Develop and monitor monthly and annual production plans.
• Align team goals with company strategy, vision, and values.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
