Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Production Supervisor to plan, organize and monitor all plant production activities, ensuring schedules, yield, inventory, safety and quality targets are met. You will analyze performance and drive corrective actions to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.

You will also manage manpower and assets, coordinate with QA, and lead a team to maintain SOP compliance and smooth SMT/DIP production flow.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SOP adherence and monitor SMT/DIP production processes.

Job description

1. Plan, organize, direct and monitor all production activities of the plant's resources and meet established production specification and schedules, production yield, inventory, lead-time conformance products, safety, housekeeping, volume, cost and wastage targets, and quality standards.

2. Analyze production performance, maintenance records, and initiate corrective actions to improve production and product consistency and minimize downtime.

3. Plan and manage manpower (including determining workload, delegating assignments evaluating performance and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions), and assets to meet departmental goals and objective.

4. Create, maintain and distribute the production master schedule to forecast upcoming work follow master planning from Production Control department and manage procedures and capital resource to maximize productivity.

5 Work with QA and other departments to resolve bottlenecks, work stoppages and manage the flow of materials and completion of work.

6. Perform any duties as assigned by superior.

7. Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance

8. Set the quality standards

9. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed

10. Supervise and motivate a team of workers

11. Review worker performance and identify training needs.

12. Ensure subordinates follow SOP from time to time.

13. Responsible for managing and monitoring the SMT/DIP production process
