INDUSTRI MAKANAN JATI SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities in Shah Alam.

The role ensures targets are met, SOPs followed, and food safety standards upheld. You will supervise supervisors and operators, oversee material inventory, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Manufacturing or related field and 2–3 years in production, with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of production planning, process improvement and food safety practices.
• Experience with inventory management systems and production management tools is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage production teams and work under pressure.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel and production reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily production activities to meet targets.
• Monitor compliance with SOP, quality standards and food safety requirements.
• Monitor and report production wastage to minimize losses.
• Supervise production supervisors and operators for smooth daily operations.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and inventory to avoid delays.
• Identify issues, investigate problems and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality, minimize wastage and reduce production costs.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP and other food safety requirements in the production area.
• Perform duties as assigned by Management.
• Manage manpower allocation, shift schedules and overtime.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline and productivity.
• Support training and development of production staff.
• Monitor levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure stock levels.
• Ensure accurate movement of goods in the warehouse and timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain warehouse layout, space utilization and safe storage practices.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits for inventory accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor KPIs and report issues to management.
• Maintain production records and SOPs as processes evolve.
