You will lead engineers and operators to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness targets, while coaching staff and driving improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in production/manufacturing and about 6 years of operations experience, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience related to production and manufacturing as well as 6 years of operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Leads a team of engineers and operators to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
• Reviews operating performance and advises on changes to improve efficiencies and quality.
• Troubleshoots operational problems and coaches operators to boost capability.
• Drives plant improvements and cost-reduction projects with qualified engineers.
• Provides technical/operational guidance to project teams and interfaces with maintenance.
• Ensures safety compliance and training of manufacturing personnel.
