Job summary

The role emphasizes meeting daily output and quality targets, shift handovers, adherence to production plans, and collaboration with the supervisor to ensure smooth operations. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent preferred; SPM/STPM with minimum 2 years’ related experience acceptable.
• Must be able to work in shifts with basic ISO-13485 understanding.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production output and quality targets.
• Perform daily shift handovers to ensure smooth production.
• Run production according to supervisor's plan and schedule.
• Assist supervisor to follow production policies and procedures.
• Coordinate startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Train and guide operators on manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Ensure timely onboarding and training of new employees.
• Verify PQC results before mass production.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
