Job summary

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, part of the Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd group, is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee safety, quality, and production processes on the shop floor. You will lead a team, ensure HACCP/GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing food manufacturing environment.

You will mentor staff, manage daily output, and uphold strict quality standards while maintaining safe and organized working conditions.

Qualifications

• HACCP and GMP experience
• Understanding of proper food handling techniques
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing industry
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety, health and environment policies and maintain a safe workplace.
• Lead and motivate a production team to achieve daily targets while upholding quality standards.
• Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Perform regular quality checks on materials, in-process products and finished goods.
• Audit production data and maintain accurate production records for traceability.
• Collaborate with management to communicate findings and drive improvements.
