Job summary

Bodibasixs Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Production Executive to coordinate daily manufacturing activities for personal care and cosmetic products.

You will drive safe, efficient and quality-focused operations across blending, filling and packing lines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Experience in GMP/regulated environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 9001/14001/45001.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and daily activities across blending, filling and packing operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to specifications, quality, quantity and delivery schedule.
• Confirm materials and components are available before production begins, and monitor WIP and finished goods in the system.
• Monitor equipment condition, premises, maintenance, cleaning and sanitisation activities.
• Work with Quality Assurance to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, safety and health requirements, including accurate production records.
• Supervise, train and motivate production personnel to optimise performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.

Bodibasixs Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a contract manufacturer specialising in personal care and cosmetic products. We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on Production Executive to coordinate daily manufacturing activities and help drive safe, efficient and quality‑focused operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and daily activities across blending, filling and packing operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to the required specifications, quality, quantity and delivery schedule.
• Confirm that materials and components are available before production begins, and monitor work‑in‑progress and finished goods transactions in the system.
• Monitor equipment condition, premises, maintenance, cleaning and sanitisation activities.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, safety and health requirements, including accurate production records.
• Supervise, guide, train and motivate production personnel to optimise performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

About you

• Preferably Degree in Engineering or others related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning and process improvement.
• Experience in personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food or another GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving, communication, leadership and team‑building skills.
• Independent, self‑motivated and able to respond quickly to changes in production priorities.
• Computer literate and able to maintain production data and records accurately.
