Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Administration & Inventory Coordinator to centralise activities across production areas, ensuring timely work order preparation, material availability, resource allocation, and accurate production documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years in production administration or planning, a diploma or degree in a related field, and familiarity with ERP Oracle NetSuite; experience in manufacturing is preferred to support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in production administration, production planning, inventory control, manufacturing operations or supply chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with ERP Oracle NetSuite production and inventory modules is highly advantageous.
• Ability to analyse production data and identify variances.

Requirements

Education
