Job summary

Global Fine Wood Sdn Bhd is seeking a on-site role to act as a communication bridge between management and foreign workers on the production floor. You will convey work instructions, production plans, and company policies to the workshop team, while collecting feedback for management.

The ideal candidate will have fluent English, 2+ years in manufacturing/workshop, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• This position requires fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or workshop environments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and possess a positive work attitude.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between management and foreign workers on the production floor.
• Convey work instructions, production plans, and company policies to the workshop team.
• Collect and feedback workers' opinions, suggestions, and issues to management promptly.
• Assist in coordinating daily work assignments and on-site production activities.
• Help new foreign workers adapt to the working environment and operational processes.
• Support the implementation of on-site safety and 5S management requirements.
• Assist in handling simple disputes and maintaining harmonious team dynamics.
