Job summary

Inofine Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Production Executive / Supervisor to join our new Penang facility and support setup of semiconductor materials manufacturing.

The role is full-time and includes training of about 2 months at our China Headquarters in Sep/Oct 2026 to gain hands-on experience with chemical production and quality standards. You will supervise daily operations, help plan production, maintain records, and collaborate with QA/QC and Engineering to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronic chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, solve problems effectively with minimal supervision, and work well as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to China for approximately 2 months of technical training.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Additional language skills are an advantage for communication with overseas headquarters and technical training.

About the Role

We're looking for a capable and motivated Production Supervisor / Executive to join our growing team and support the setup of our new semiconductor materials manufacturing facility in Penang.

This is a full-time position. In this role, you'll assist in establishing production operations, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll work closely with our Malaysia team and technical experts from our China Headquarters.

Successful candidates will receive approximately 2 months of technical training at our China Headquarters (target: September / October 2026) to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor chemical manufacturing, production processes, equipment operation, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations for semiconductor-related chemical materials.

Monitor manufacturing processes, equipment performance and production efficiency.

Ensure production activities comply with quality and safety standards.
