Job summary

Inofine Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Production Executive / Supervisor to join our new Penang facility and support setup of semiconductor materials manufacturing.

The role is full-time and includes training of about 2 months at our China Headquarters in Sep/Oct 2026 to gain hands-on experience with chemical production and quality standards. You will supervise daily operations, help plan production, maintain records, and collaborate with QA/QC and Engineering to drive efficiency

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronic chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of production processes and quality systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, solve problems effectively with minimal supervision, and work well as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to China for approximately 2 months of technical training.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Additional language skills are an advantage for communication with overseas headquarters and technical training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations for semiconductor-related chemical materials.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, equipment performance and production efficiency.
• Ensure production activities comply with quality and safety standards.
• Assist in production planning, manpower allocation and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support production setup, equipment commissioning and process validation.
• Assist in developing SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Work closely with QA/QC and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology transfer from China Headquarters.
